Hey Tweety! Yup I’ve pre-ordered and it’ll probably be the most expensive DVD set on the planet unless I can find someplace here to pre-order or pick it up from – 25% exchange is brutal. It was so easy to get used to the Canadian $ being at or almost at par with the US $ *sigh*.
I checked on the release date of Fear Island and there isn’t one on IMDB yet, so who knows when it’s gonna come out. Personally, I’m waiting for Gravy Train, but that doesn’t come out until next year. I think Kyle will be a scream in it. If nothing else, we’ll be able to spend a couple hours drooling over tight 70’s polyester outfits

Hi Tweety and Hank! Good to see you guys. I have sent all Easter packages to the family. They love their Easter gifts. Now, I have three birthdays to do. I am so thankful and grateful that I had started early to collect these items for them. Jadyn’s birthday is this month. Jacob’s birthday is in April. Jude’s birthday is in May. So this Friday, I will be sending the first installment of Birthday packages. These are my cousins’ children again. I have so much fun putting all this together.
I’d have loved to gone to the Disturbed Concert Mary! Really wanted to see Seether and Staind when they were here in NC.. but my kids think I’m too OLD to go to a concert like that! What do they know anyway! LOL To bad you weren’t around, WE could have gone together. Ha!

Hey sm, YES!!! I think posting in multiple spots is a great idea – you make your stuff available to a wider audience, but it’s also a bit of a security strategy. You’ve got ‘backup’ copies of your work in case your machine bites it or one of the sites your posting to goes up in smoke for one reason or another. Personally, TB is one of my favorite sites. By the way, I’m sure your muse will come back home soon.
Speaking of TB, just read your new stuff Hank. It’s wonderful and I’m going to have a really hard time being patient until you to add to it.

Hello all. I haven’t had the best week here. The husband got a small cold, sniffels and a little cough, but he acted like he was at deaths door. Being the toughtful husband he is he shared his germs with me. Wasn’t that nice? Only I feel like my head is going to explode from sinus pressure and I expect to hack up a lung any moment now. I’ve drank so much cough syrup I think I’m getting hooked on it!
But I did have one bright spot. Yesterday my son was voted, by his whole school, as the most inspiring and respectful. He got a award and even feeling sick as hell I went with my camera to cheer for my little guy. I was so proud. All the parents out there know how much it means to hear your child is kind and polite, always afraid the teachers think your kid is a brat. I must be doing something right with him. That makes me feel much better. I’ll be peeking in today, in between the cough syrup that is. Have a great day all!

Hi, all im back today – my kids are on spring break, this week so it’s been crazy – summers are ok b/c everyone falls into a routine – I don’t know why but spring breaks are nutts!!! I’m searching for a job b/c hubby has been disabled and we are in the process of fileing all the paperwork. That’s the fun part of my life! LOL I also can’t wait for more of Kyle’s films to come out! first day of finals I have my business law and business capstone finals today and the finance final tomrrow and then my associates program is done. I didn’t have problems with my BP until Kyle; Hum” maybe I should have told the doctor about those symptoms, what do you think.

Hi all just checking in – I got really bad news this week – I have Mono, can you believe it???? The doctor said its from too much stress, my resistance was down and apparently I came in contact with someone else who had it – no I didn’t kiss anyone…lol. So he said it will take awhile to get me back to normal. This was just what I needed.
On a greater note I really need to see some new Kyle stuff – Like I said I ordered the BT dvd. Well that’s it for now – hopefully I’ll be able to check in soon.

Honey, I am so sorry to hear that you are sick! I hope you don’t have it long, there is already enough of us missing in action around here! I know some of you are having some more important things to worry about at this time; so I will wish you all well in getting things back to normal in your lives and prayers for those of you who are sick. I found out today that I have to have Intrevenious iron given to me once a week. for now. My body will not obsorb iron so I guess a lot of us are breaking down. Our chassis need to be overhauled by our loveable prince and and vampire. what do you say, lets have very erotic Henry dreams and hope it helps. HA! just a little note of lovable humor for all my peeps!
A day ‘off’ for a change but still lots to do – clean the house (which hasn’t been done for a month – it’s a good thing I live alone), laundry, groceries and studying.

So far I haven’t broken down completely – my fingers will remain crossed until I get solid confirmation that I’ll live forever and look 20 years younger – but it really sucks to get old. I got to go out and spend two hours with Bruce! It was so beautiful out and the temp got up in the 60’s. I felt so at peace when I left there today. And I feel happy in a way! I don’t know why it must have been Bruce’s influence. what do you think? I also went and saw that movie Dragonball evolution today! it was pretty good. If anyone out there is familiar with the cartoon Dragonball Z then thats what the movie was made from. It had Spike from buffy playing Piccalo. He was a bad guy. Well have a great evening.

This is probably old news (I finally got around to watching some dvr’d shows today) but Gina Holden is starring in that new CBS series “Harper’s Island.” The whole show is like a “Blood Ties” reunion…Maya from Drawn and Quarterd, Kelly from The Good, the Bad, the Ugly and the little girl from Gifted are also in the show. It’s on tonight at 10 p.m. I liked the it, so it probably won’t last.

Anite and sm, good to hear from you both again! Sm, loved the last installment of Red and Slob’s Xcellent Adventures Has your muse found it’s way home yet and can we expect another story soon? Your first foray onto Twice Bitten has been very interesting too – having trouble waiting for updates of that one as well. Anite, I’ve been trying to watch Harper’s Island, but I missed the first episode, so I’m having a bit of trouble getting the jist of what’s going on. I’ve been trying to watch anything that the Blood Ties cast is in and I’m finding their new stuff doesn’t quite measure up to BT. Luckily I’m still getting reruns and at the end of every episode I think what a shame it is that there’s no a new season to look forward to. At least we’ll have the DVD’s soon.
OK, so this pit stop wasn’t as quick as it was supposed to be and it’s now obvious to the world that I should not be allowed to drink coffee after work – I become a babbling idiot and stay awake all night. Thanks X for the kind words – the funny thing about a Muse – it comes when I’m not at the keyboard. I tell myself stories while driving home from work or lying in bed just before falling asleep. I wish I could remember some of the best lines when I’m sitting down in front of the computer in the evening. Sam keeps telling me to keep a pencil and pad of paper by the bedside to write down ideas – too lazy. I hope you do well on your test – TIP: for test takers – have some peppermint hard candy to suck on during the test – the taste and smell calms the nerves and clears the mind. Best wishes to all.

Thanks Mary. Let me know if the peppermints help with the studying. As for the “iron” talk with the nurses/techs that are giving you the medications. Maybe they will have some good comfort tips. They don’t always share – unless you ask.

Thanks for the exam tip, sm. Didn’t get a chance to use it, though. The exam was moved up and I had to go straight from work with only a brief detour through the drive-thru, so no time for a peppermint pitstop. Don’t have my marks yet and I’m not really sure how much I care about how well I did, just if I passed or wasted the last couple of years for nothing.
Got the copy of ‘Many Bloody Returns’ that I ordered in the mail yesterday and promptly sat down and read Tanya Huff’s contriubtion to the anthology. It was kind of a nice surprise after exam stress and was my bday present to myself. The upside – fabulous Henry story, was worth every cent I spent on the book even if I never read any of the other stories. The downside – just made me miss Blood Ties even more than I already do. Still trying to figure out how something can be that great can a bummer at the same time.
Now that schools done *happy dance*, I’ll probably be dropping in more often (Sorry – I’m sure my inane babble will make you all nuts so I’ll just apologize now and get it out of the way), but I guess I’ve procrastinated long enough for today. Gotta try to get the house cleaned and laundry done before company shows up tomorrow.
Glad you are done! I had to keep at it, it is good therapy for my grief as well as Helping me climb higher up the ladder. I am now working on my Bachelors for Human Resource management. I have 7 terms for that. Then I will be completly done!
Babble away X. It’s fun to read. I’m glad to hear someone besides me read “Many Bloody Returns.” There are actually several short stories I liked in that book. I may even try some of the various contributing authors other books. That’s all I need -more favorite authors – I keep buying books and can never part with them. My husband is the same way. Between us our house looks more like a library. Keep up the good work Mary. It will pay off eventually.
Taking a ‘post-educational mental health day’ today. It was so nice to sleep in on a Monday rather than having to drag my carcass out of bed at 5:00 for a change. I’m starting to think it might not have been a great idea to take the day off, though – I’m starting to get antsy for my holidays and it’s gonna be hard waiting until the end of July.

Hey Tweety! Yup I’ve pre-ordered and it’ll probably be the most expensive DVD set on the planet unless I can find someplace here to pre-order or pick it up from – 25% exchange is brutal. It was so easy to get used to the Canadian $ being at or almost at par with the US $ *sigh*.
I checked on the release date of Fear Island and there isn’t one on IMDB yet, so who knows when it’s gonna come out. Personally, I’m waiting for Gravy Train, but that doesn’t come out until next year. I think Kyle will be a scream in it. If nothing else, we’ll be able to spend a couple hours drooling over tight 70’s polyester outfits

Yeah raven, I got a few, I only went to see Lacuna coil and disturbed so I got a few of LC; but they aren’t very good they were too far away, but Quinton got some good ones of disturbed; as soon as I get them loaded on here I will share them with you all. I can’t wait to see GT either, Kyle in polyester! wow! I can’t pre-order the DVD I don’t have any means of payment I can use online. so I will have to wait and pray it comes out in stores like wal-mart.

Hi Tweety and Hank! Good to see you guys. I have sent all Easter packages to the family. They love their Easter gifts. Now, I have three birthdays to do. I am so thankful and grateful that I had started early to collect these items for them. Jadyn’s birthday is this month. Jacob’s birthday is in April. Jude’s birthday is in May. So this Friday, I will be sending the first installment of Birthday packages. These are my cousins’ children again. I have so much fun putting all this together.

I’ll adopt you and then we can go to concerts together all the time! Next, I go see Twiztid on May 6th and then slipknot on May 14th, then graduate on May 17th. wow I will have a very busy May! I am so excited! but I still wish one of those events was meeting our own prince Henry. This morning was kinda rough for me; I thought about the marker I took to the cemetery yesterday and my heart broke into, I was crying so hard I almost couldn’t stop! Then I walked into the bedroom where A pic of Kyle sits on my dresser and it was as if he were looking at me with tenderness in his eyes and suddenly I could hear him say “Its ok, I’m here’ then I felt better! Isn’t that amazing?

Hey sm, YES!!! I think posting in multiple spots is a great idea – you make your stuff available to a wider audience, but it’s also a bit of a security strategy. You’ve got ‘backup’ copies of your work in case your machine bites it or one of the sites your posting to goes up in smoke for one reason or another. Personally, TB is one of my favorite sites. By the way, I’m sure your muse will come back home soon.
Speaking of TB, just read your new stuff Hank. It’s wonderful and I’m going to have a really hard time being patient until you to add to it.
Pokey, I’m so envious you’re going to be done school soon. I’ve got another month of torture left. I’m a bit confused about your graduation, though. Is it in May or April? You’ve mentioned a couple different dates and I can’t figure out which day your convocation is.

Hello all. I haven’t had the best week here. The husband got a small cold, sniffels and a little cough, but he acted like he was at deaths door. Being the toughtful husband he is he shared his germs with me. Wasn’t that nice? Only I feel like my head is going to explode from sinus pressure and I expect to hack up a lung any moment now. I’ve drank so much cough syrup I think I’m getting hooked on it!
But I did have one bright spot. Yesterday my son was voted, by his whole school, as the most inspiring and respectful. He got a award and even feeling sick as hell I went with my camera to cheer for my little guy. I was so proud. All the parents out there know how much it means to hear your child is kind and polite, always afraid the teachers think your kid is a brat. I must be doing something right with him. That makes me feel much better. I’ll be peeking in today, in between the cough syrup that is. Have a great day all!
Oh and I’ve never posted anywhere like TB or fanfiction either, have no clue how. Anyone want to fill me in on how to post my stuff and puhleezebiteme?

first day of finals I have my business law and business capstone finals today and the finance final tomrrow and then my associates program is done. Thanks lexy, I am taking the meds so hopefully that will do the trick but seeing that pic above is probably the main thing that elevated it! ha! I didn’t have problems with my BP until Kyle; Hum” maybe I should have told the doctor about those symptoms, what do you think.

Maybe thats why they shortened it to AAS Business Administration.Final grades are, Business Law,(B) Capstone in Business (A) and Finance (C-). Hi all just checking in – I got really bad news this week – I have Mono, can you believe it???? The doctor said its from too much stress, my resistance was down and apparently I came in contact with someone else who had it – no I didn’t kiss anyone…lol. So he said it will take awhile to get me back to normal. This was just what I needed.
On a greater note I really need to see some new Kyle stuff – Like I said I ordered the BT dvd. Well that’s it for now – hopefully I’ll be able to check in soon.

I found out today that I have to have Intrevenious iron given to me once a week. for now. My body will not obsorb iron so I guess a lot of us are breaking down. A day ‘off’ for a change but still lots to do – clean the house (which hasn’t been done for a month – it’s a good thing I live alone), laundry, groceries and studying.
Hope it doesn’t take you too long to get better, Tweety. And Pokey, I hope you don’t have to be a human pin cushion for long either. So far I haven’t broken down completely – my fingers will remain crossed until I get solid confirmation that I’ll live forever and look 20 years younger – but it really sucks to get old. Who thought of that anyway and how do I get my hands on them to wring their neck?

“Wow” today was great!
I got to go out and spend two hours with Bruce! It was so beautiful out and the temp got up in the 60’s. I felt so at peace when I left there today. And I feel happy in a way! I don’t know why it must have been Bruce’s influence. what do you think? I also went and saw that movie Dragonball evolution today! it was pretty good. If anyone out there is familiar with the cartoon Dragonball Z then thats what the movie was made from. It had Spike from buffy playing Piccalo. He was a bad guy. Well have a great evening.

I know it’s been a long time since I’ve been here…I hope everyone is doing well.
This is probably old news (I finally got around to watching some dvr’d shows today) but Gina Holden is starring in that new CBS series “Harper’s Island.” The whole show is like a “Blood Ties” reunion…Maya from Drawn and Quarterd, Kelly from The Good, the Bad, the Ugly and the little girl from Gifted are also in the show. It’s on tonight at 10 p.m. I liked the it, so it probably won’t last.

Has your muse found it’s way home yet and can we expect another story soon? Your first foray onto Twice Bitten has been very interesting too – having trouble waiting for updates of that one as well. Anite, I’ve been trying to watch Harper’s Island, but I missed the first episode, so I’m having a bit of trouble getting the jist of what’s going on. I’ve been trying to watch anything that the Blood Ties cast is in and I’m finding their new stuff doesn’t quite measure up to BT. Luckily I’m still getting reruns and at the end of every episode I think what a shame it is that there’s no a new season to look forward to. At least we’ll have the DVD’s soon.
OK, so this pit stop wasn’t as quick as it was supposed to be and it’s now obvious to the world that I should not be allowed to drink coffee after work – I become a babbling idiot and stay awake all night. Could also be nerves, I’ve got an exam on Wednesday night and I’m officially in panic mode already. Anyway, Have a great evening everyone!

Thanks X for the kind words – the funny thing about a Muse – it comes when I’m not at the keyboard. I tell myself stories while driving home from work or lying in bed just before falling asleep. I wish I could remember some of the best lines when I’m sitting down in front of the computer in the evening. Sam keeps telling me to keep a pencil and pad of paper by the bedside to write down ideas – too lazy. I hope you do well on your test – TIP: for test takers – have some peppermint hard candy to suck on during the test – the taste and smell calms the nerves and clears the mind. Best wishes to all.

How are you? thanks for the study tip I’ll have to try that. I love your stories too, I am on TB all the time reading stories; even rereading alot of them because I miss the show so damned much! Well I got my second dose of iron today, and once again it tore my stomach to pieces! I will be so glad when this intravenous shit ends. I am tired of being sick at my stomach, the bright side though is it ought to help me loose a few pounds. have a good one, will be looking for more stories take care sm.

Thanks Mary. Let me know if the peppermints help with the studying. As for the “iron” talk with the nurses/techs that are giving you the medications. Maybe they will have some good comfort tips. They don’t always share – unless you ask.

So nice to be able to come here and visit with all of you. I miss being able to come on more often but with the bachelors program they keep me constantly hammering out paper after paper. Morning all!
Getting a late start today. All the stress from school and being really busy at work have caught up with me – I’ve only been up for an hour and I’m ready for a nap already.
Pokey, I hope you’re feeling better and that all your homework isn’t wearing you out. You’re supposed to take time off after you finish school, silly girl, not dive right back in again! I know you’re gonna do great with this as well. What is the degree you’re working toward?
Thanks for the exam tip, sm. Didn’t get a chance to use it, though. The exam was moved up and I had to go straight from work with only a brief detour through the drive-thru, so no time for a peppermint pitstop. Don’t have my marks yet and I’m not really sure how much I care about how well I did, just if I passed or wasted the last couple of years for nothing.
Got the copy of ‘Many Bloody Returns’ that I ordered in the mail yesterday and promptly sat down and read Tanya Huff’s contriubtion to the anthology. It was kind of a nice surprise after exam stress and was my bday present to myself. The upside – fabulous Henry story, was worth every cent I spent on the book even if I never read any of the other stories. The downside – just made me miss Blood Ties even more than I already do. Still trying to figure out how something can be that great can a bummer at the same time.
Now that schools done *happy dance*, I’ll probably be dropping in more often (Sorry – I’m sure my inane babble will make you all nuts so I’ll just apologize now and get it out of the way), but I guess I’ve procrastinated long enough for today. Gotta try to get the house cleaned and laundry done before company shows up tomorrow.

Glad you are done! I had to keep at it, it is good therapy for my grief as well as Helping me climb higher up the ladder. I am now working on my Bachelors for Human Resource management. I have 7 terms for that. Then I will be completly done!

Babble away X. It’s fun to read. I’m glad to hear someone besides me read “Many Bloody Returns.” There are actually several short stories I liked in that book. I may even try some of the various contributing authors other books. That’s all I need -more favorite authors – I keep buying books and can never part with them. My husband is the same way. Between us our house looks more like a library. Keep up the good work Mary. It will pay off eventually.

Morning all,
Taking a ‘post-educational mental health day’ today. It was so nice to sleep in on a Monday rather than having to drag my carcass out of bed at 5:00 for a change. I’m starting to think it might not have been a great idea to take the day off, though – I’m starting to get antsy for my holidays and it’s gonna be hard waiting until the end of July.
Not going to do much of anything today except be a vegetable and read fan fic. Hope everyone has a great day!
